I have to say I rather enjoyed working although it's tiring and the journey to work is definately agonizing. Furthermore to cap all matters, the weather's been crappy and the new shoes I bought at Hong Kong left me huge blisters on both my toes and heels.

Quarelled with Father again today cause he refused to grant me permission to go out with my school mates (supposedly a girl's night out). The reason was that we're going for a holiday tomorrow morning (mind you, it's 5 am in the damn morning) for the celebration of Hari Raya Haji. And Grandfather the Fisherman was bloody enthusiastic about it. No, I'm not complaining that much, it's just that he might go off about his fisherman days and the famous capture of Godzilla whatsoever. Sighs, please spare me the agony.

And I haven't packed my bag yet. Darn the blisters.

Have yet to upload the Xmas pictures. Lalala.

Christmas Eve Dinner was, honestly, quite a depressing one. Too many noisy kids (my cousins, that is) and lame presents (No, I'm not complaining that much). Pity Father wanted to leave the party before 9, I really had anticipated the moment Aunt Sheralyn and Michael get themselves drunk and end up burning Rotten Granny's wig. But to no avail, you can't exactly have everything in life. Hmm.

And sadly, the gifts from the Monster Club Cousins weren't satisfying. All I got was a pink pencilcase, brown foxy pencilcase, a happy pink bag, some IKEA pencils and coloured papers. Lovely, lovely. And guess what I got from Rotten Granny, a canned of sweetened fruits. Talk about hilarity.

(Aunt Sheralyn and Aunt June looking expectantly at me)
AJ: Hurry Hidayah, open up your presents (wretch, she even got my name wrong)
AS: There's a very special gift from your Granny !! (And she went beaming at me)

(And so I opened the gift enthusiatically)
Me: It's a ... canned half-mango fruit thing (mind you, Mother said I looked revolted)
AJ & AS: Yes!! Ah Ma thought you ought to eat more healthy food.

Setan, setan, setan. Banyak-banyak bende nak bagi aku, kau bagi aku canned items. Ceepop punyer Nenek.

Raining very heavily, been spending the whole day in bed. Bit hard to resist the comfy bed. Still waiting for Fad the Useless Bestfriend to come back from Genting Highlands. Oh dear. It's agonizing not to talk to her every night. Hmmm, I might be going lesbian at any rate.

Mother's leaving home all over again. Not that I minded much, but the only thing that worries me is that she goes out without leaving any note and comes back whenever she wants. Father's not doing anything either. Bloody (infinity) hell.

Each day passed and I've lost what rightfully belonged to me.

Birthday was lovely, the cake was gorgeous, the gifts were wonderful.

I could only summed up one word for all those who made it possible, THANKS!!

Thank you for the birthday wishes (through msn, messages and emails and even testimonials!!), thanks alot, really touched by it.

And watching Eragon with my special ones, made me realized how much you guys meant to me.

Hmm, already uploaded the pictures. Pretty nice ones, we took. And to dear Nisa, the chicken you fried was hangus. I shall not deny that fact.

Went to 2 lovely weddings today; One at Yishun and the other at Seng Kang. As I've said, both of the bridegrooms are frigging gorgeous and the food was that bad as I had anticipated. To cap it all, Rotten Granny insisted on following us and well, Rotten Granny and Father continued bickering during the whole journey. Mother, of course, lose her concentration and swerved off the road. It's amazing that the whole family is still alive despite Mother's horrendous driving.

And the DeeJay at the 2nd wedding was vair the gatal. Went winking and grinning at me. Was pretty spooked by it. No doubt that he was just another version of Asyraf (the guy with the poodle hairdo), maybe slightly fairer but then again, winking and smiling is actually disturbing. Sheesh.

This is Asyraf with his original hair.
This is Asyraf after NS - see the difference in the Hairstyle.

So you can imagine someone like Asyraf - the fairer version, winking happily at me. Good Lord.

It's Sunday morning and my wheezing's getting worse. Damn, shouldn't have nicked too much carbonated drinks at Fad's place. Was a blast at Fad's, as usual. I have said it again and again and I will repeat it again. FAD, I SO LOVE YOUR FAMILY !! And of course, Ze AmazinglyAzam is my main concern. Lalala.

And did I mention Fad wakes up late and doesn't brush her teeth immediately ? What a disgusting moron.

And thank you dear Mea for attempting to kick my head in the middle of the night and to Fad, for dangling your feet
over my face and as a result I had to smell the lovely aroma of your notorious-smelling feet.

Other than that, I thought Amir was rather cute with the flat hair-do. No, I'm not saying anything. Just stating a fact.

Going to 2 weddings later. One nearby my block (the bridegroom is vair, vair gorgey) and one at Seng Kang. Phew.
